It has become a source of conflict among countries in the region due to its importance as a major trade route for China, the US, India, and Japan. Its significance has led to tensions and disputes over control and access to its resources. Its geopolitics is greatly affecting the region owing to the growing conflict between the two emerging powers in the region, such as China and India. The comprehension of geopolitics necessitates an understanding of the divergent geopolitical interests of both states involved in the area. This paper focus on understanding the India’s increasing naval posturing in SCS. New Delhi is swiftly enhancing its naval capabilities and stretching its maritime interests in the SCS. India has been increasing its presence in the SCS, which is of utmost importance to its trade relations with Japan. While, China is a strong contender in the SCS by retaining its top position among other nations. India is becoming a pre-eminent maritime power in the SCS. Moreover, China is not ready to recognize India’s naval advancement. For decades, the region has witnessed the hegemony of the USand its strong collaboration with multiple states of Far East. However, the recent rise of China regarding political influence, economic development, and military might have posed challenges to the US hegemonic designs increasing the prospects for a strategic conflict. The resulting surge in China’s assertiveness has also fuelled hostile emotions among states. This paper explores the ramifications of emerging strategic conflict between the US and China using the Human Security Paradigm (HSP). By employing qualitative research method paper articulates that the implications of strategic conflict in Far East can be a challenge to national interests of the US. The specific objectives were (i) to identify the impact of training and development on employees’ performance in educational sector of Larkana (ii) to examine the relationship of training and development on employees’ performance in educational sector of Larkana. The study used a convenience sampling technique and a quantitative research approach to choose its respondents from six educational institutions of Larkana. 200 people participated in the study's sample size. The results of the study show that employee performance has improved significantly as a result of training and development programs, but they may have had a greater impact if employee performance assessments and training needs assessments had been conducted beforehand. The study subsequently suggested that decisionmakers reassess the organization's training strategy to ensure that the training and development programs provided to employees are informed by performance reviews and training needs analysis. The main architect of the policy were the Hillary Clinton and Curt Campbell. The policy is designed to contain the China in the region, and in this policy they have designed to forge close links with the US allies in the region, and the role of India has been highlighted to be the key player in its policy. The Asia Pivot Strategy is accompanied by the US Strategic Guidance Programme of 2012 which focuses on the allies concerns regarding the US commitment in the region.
