A THEMATICAL ANALYSIS OF KHALIFA NABI BUKSH L AGHARI’S SUR SAMOONDI

Abstract

Khalifo Nabi Bakhsh Leghari is a great poet of sindhi classical poetry. We can find very powerful ideas in his poetry. Sur Samondi is such a wonderful Sur in which Khalifo Nabi Baksh has composed poetry about the trade of Sindh, Traders, their wives, beloveds and about worries of mothers in a unique way. This Sur echoes with the desires of traders' wives, the love for the homeland, the pains of separation, and the ties that bind. We have got a good indication of the trade of Sindh In Sur Samondi of khalifa Nabi Bakhsh Laghari.
