About the Journal
Shams-ul-Ulama Mirza Kalich Beg was a well-known writer and scholar who had written 461 books on 43 different Topics in Sindhi, Urdu, English, Persian, and Balochi Languages. In recognition and to continue the vision of Mirza Kalich Beg, the University of Sindh has established Shams-ul-Ulama Mirza Kalich Beg Research Chair in 2008. Since the inception of the chair has published more than 60 books of Mirza Kalich Beg, conducted International Conferences and National Seminars, to Promote Research Culture through a Research Journal.
Kalich Research Journal is an annual, open access, and peer-reviewed journal that is published by the Shams-ul-Ulama Mirza Kalich Beg Chair, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Kalich Research Journal provides a platform for researchers, academicians, professionals, practitioners, and students to impart and share knowledge in the form of high-quality theoretical research papers, case studies, literature reviews, interviews, and book reviews. The Journal Publishes in both print and online versions. Kalich Research Journal publishes research papers in the field of Sindhi Language, Literature, and History.
The aims of Kalich Research Journal is to acknowledge high-quality theoretical original research papers, case studies, review papers, literature reviews, book reviews, conceptual frameworks, analytical and simulation models, academicians, professionals, practitioners, and students from all over the world. As Mirza Kalich Beg works on many topics and branches of knowledge as language, literature, history, Religion, Archeology, Anthropology, and Natural Science. So the research work on the subjects’ language, Literature, and History in the languages Sindhi, Urdu, and English will be included in the Kalich Research Journal.
