Abstract

Mirza Kalich Beg was a renown Sindhi writer, translator, and adapter, who lived from 1848 to 1927. He was born in village TandoThorhro district Hyderabad. Kalich Beg is known for his contributions to Sindhi literature. He wrote numerous books, poems, and articles in Sindhi, and his work had a significant impact on the development of Sindhi literature. He was particularly interested in adapting and translating from other languages into Sindhi. This research article particularly investigates the services of Mirza KalichBeg’s in the field of translating and adapting of prose and poetry from other languages into Sindhi.
