Faculty of Social Sciences (FSS) is a leading research-focused faculty of higher education at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Since its inception in 1989, the FSS promotes interdisciplinary scholarship at the national, regional, and global levels. The FSS teaches and researches a wide range of subjects in the field of Social Sciences. Research Journal of Social Sciences (RJSS) is an annual regular publication of the Faculty of Social Sciences. The journal provides a focus for theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary research work with an emphasis on realistic analysis, development of original knowledge. The aim of the journal is to engage researchers belonging to diverse but inter-related disciplines of social sciences in the academic debate on social, political, economic, and gender issues.
