Abstract

A new species of the Genus Halys Fabricius on Babur (Acacia arabica Wild) is described from Miani forest, Pakistan with special reference to metathoracic scent gland ostiole and male and female genitalia and compared it with its close allied species H.serrigera (Westwood 1837). The description is supported by illustration.
