Abstract

It is the critical analysis of Hakeem Muhammad Saeed's travelogues. Hakeem Muhammad Saeed has 56 travelogues on his credit. 12 are for serious minded people, 9 for young people, 34 for children and one is for both children and young men as well. Such distribution of travelogues is only seen in Hakeem Muhammad Saeed travelogues. It is observed that on his travelogues, the thought are more than the techniques. In certain travelogues, the technique is avoided that has reduced the literary beauty and importance of the travelogues. Hakeem Muhammad Saeed was a very deadly busy personality. He had multiple tasks to perform such as writings and so on. However, wherever he used the technique he seemed equally talented as other travelogues are. Hakeem Muhammad Saeed has used his travelogues as a tool to preach his ideas and especially to impress children and young people. He wanted to educate and train them for certain causes. Where we compare contemporary writers we come to know that the contemporary travelogues writers have excellent technique and the descriptions of travelogues is full swing and on the other hand, the travelogues of Hakeem Muhammad Saeed are full of ideas, thoughts, and their intensity as well. The travelogues of Hakeem Muhammad SaeeF d are a herald of literature for life and continuation of the movement of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan.
