Authorship Guidelines
- All authors must provide their full names along with their institutional affiliations.
- The corresponding author must provide a valid email address and contact number for communication.
- All authors share equal responsibility for the content of the paper, including any ethical or academic violations.
- Communication regarding the paper will be carried out only with the corresponding author.
- All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the conception, writing, and development of the research paper.
- Individuals who did not directly contribute to the writing or analysis may be acknowledged but should not be listed as authors.
- Submission of the manuscript implies that all authors have read and approved the final version of the paper.
Formatting Guidelines
- Manuscripts must be typed in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
- Page margins should be 1 inch on all sides.
- The manuscript should include the following sections in order: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References.
- Titles and headings should be bold and properly numbered (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Literature Review).
- Citations and references must follow APA (7th edition) for linguistics and MLA (9th edition) for literature.
- The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be followed by 3–5 keywords.
- The paper length should be between 4,000–7,000 words, including references and appendices.
- Tables, figures, and charts must be clearly labeled and placed within the text at appropriate points.
Submission Checklist
Before submitting, authors should ensure that:
- The manuscript is written in Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, and follows APA (7th edition) / MLA (9th edition).
- The paper includes all required sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References.
- The abstract (max 250 words) and 3–5 keywords are provided.
- All authors’ full names, affiliations, and the corresponding author’s contact details are clearly mentioned.
- The manuscript length is within the required limit (4,000–7,000 words).
- All figures, tables, and charts are properly labeled and cited in the text.
- The work is original and free from plagiarism.
- All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.
