Authorship Guidelines

  1. All authors must provide their full names along with their institutional affiliations.
  2. The corresponding author must provide a valid email address and contact number for communication.
  3. All authors share equal responsibility for the content of the paper, including any ethical or academic violations.
  4. Communication regarding the paper will be carried out only with the corresponding author.
  5. All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the conception, writing, and development of the research paper.
  6. Individuals who did not directly contribute to the writing or analysis may be acknowledged but should not be listed as authors.
  7. Submission of the manuscript implies that all authors have read and approved the final version of the paper.

Formatting Guidelines

  1. Manuscripts must be typed in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
  2. Page margins should be 1 inch on all sides.
  3. The manuscript should include the following sections in order: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References.
  4. Titles and headings should be bold and properly numbered (e.g., 1. Introduction, 2. Literature Review).
  5. Citations and references must follow APA (7th edition) for linguistics and MLA (9th edition) for literature.
  6. The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be followed by 3–5 keywords.
  7. The paper length should be between 4,000–7,000 words, including references and appendices.
  8. Tables, figures, and charts must be clearly labeled and placed within the text at appropriate points.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, authors should ensure that:

  1. The manuscript is written in Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing, and follows APA (7th edition) / MLA (9th edition).
  2. The paper includes all required sections: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References.
  3. The abstract (max 250 words) and 3–5 keywords are provided.
  4. All authors’ full names, affiliations, and the corresponding author’s contact details are clearly mentioned.
  5. The manuscript length is within the required limit (4,000–7,000 words).
  6. All figures, tables, and charts are properly labeled and cited in the text.
  7. The work is original and free from plagiarism.
  8. All authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.
