Past, Present and Future of Warabandi (Irrigation Rotation), in Pakistan

Abstract

The background of Warabandi in Pakistan is base on, to supply irrigation water to farmers on time according to their crops requirements which is the main purpose of Warabandi, but as the time goes on deviation has been observed from main purpose of Warabandi in Pakistan. There are many factors which are responsible for such deviation. The main objective of this study is to identify that factors which caused the deterioration of Pakistan Warabandi system.
