Mobile WiMAX Network Competence Under Diverse Network Load Conditions With Different Service Time

Abstract

In future networks, numerous servers will be involved for the provision of services to the end users. Existently, any respective technology servers are responsible for the execution of requested services. In this article we have investigated how different servers affect the network utilization and efficiency. Secondly we have focused on the affect of service time of WIMAX service classification mentioned in IEEE standard 802.16e. These service types are widely mentioned in literature but the effect of their service time is not revealed. In brief, this paper explores the issues related to different service time and diversified load conditions in a WiMAX network using simulations to explain the effects of these server types on network utilization by means of Matlab 2008b.
