A LINE PROFILE BROADENING ANALYSIS OF COLD WOELED AND ANNEALED 70-30 BRASS BY FOURIER TRANSFORM METHOD

Abstract

The Fourier transform method has utlized to analysis line profile broadening and root mean square strain of cold worled and annealed 70-30 a-brass. The crystallite size obtained from cold worked filling are found small as compared to that of annealed speciman. Where as the root-mean square strain obtained from cold worked speciman are found little higher than annealed speciman
