THE SHIELD – Research Journal of Physical Education & Sports Science, is an annual, peer-reviewed, open-access journal. The journal is dedicated to promoting academic research and is currently in the process of seeking recognition and indexing from various platforms.

The journal adheres to international editorial guidelines and invites original research, reviews, case studies, and commentaries in all fields of physical education and sports sciences, such as sports pedagogy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, sports psychology, adapted physical activity, and sports management.

Dedicated to advancing evidence-based practices in physical education and sports sciences, THE SHIELD provides free publication for researchers and practitioners. The journal features sections for editorials, original articles, review articles, case reports/series, and short communications, with all content published under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) to promote global knowledge sharing and collaboration.
