The central aim of "The Shield - Research Journal of Physical Education & Sports Sciences" is to advance the knowledge and professional practice of physical education and sports sciences. We achieve this by publishing original research, comprehensive review articles, detailed case studies, and insightful commentaries that contribute significantly to the understanding and improvement of physical activity, health, and well-being.
