Abstract
Dr. N. A. Baloch is indubitably an outstanding polymath and multi-dimensional scholar of international standing and repute and to venture analysis and review of his works is indeed a herculean task, at least for this scribe. Pakistan Study Centre has performed a commendable feat by publishing with rare academic dedication and persistent devotion most of Dr.Baloch’s invaluable researched works under their publication scheme.
