Abstract

This study was undertaken to explore the male and female coach experience of the sport girls of provincial and national capital cities of Pakistan who have represented cities of Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Islamabad regularly in various sports activities at Inter-Collegiate, Inter-University and other national competitions conducted at different places, to analyze to gender difference which may be a mediating factor for relationship effectiveness between athletes and coaches.
