Comparative Analysis of Embedded Systems for Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Magnetic Resonance Image (Mri) Diagnosis
Main Article Content
Abstract
Embedded system is one of the most common system as programming medium for image analysis. Three (3) type of programming medium used in diagnosis anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) magnetic resonance image (MRI), which are Mat Lab R2012 b, Open CV 3.0 and Python 2.7. The analyzed image are categorized into three (3) type of ACL injury, that is normal, partial and serious injury. Analyzing using different embedded system medium provide almost same result with some minor differences. The differences are depending on the process used and it is measured by matric of binary image. The end results in processing magnetic resonance image (MRI) indicate 95% similarities and 5% differences.
