Abstract

This paper presents the comparison of an ensemble of RNA structures from the same molecule. Such structures are determined by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) method. The means and standard deviations of length, dot product angle and dihedral angle values among bases of ensemble of RNA structures determined by NMR are calculated. Results show significant structural differences in overlaps within ensembles of NMR RNA structures
