Abstract
This paper is focused on team building. The research paper argues that team building is a key factor for the effective performance of any organization. The paper has used the Belbin technique to analyze the importance of key roles required by an efficient team. It is also argued that these team roles increase the strength and power of the team to achieve team goals.
