Human Resource in Pakistan International Airlines: Practice and Remedies

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the human resource (HR) practices that are being implemented by the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA). Also it gives an insight on how these policies are disrupting PIAs overall organizational setup and what remedies should be executed to put things back to order. The article also provides a general overview of what are some of the HR practices in general, that PIA could also adopt for a healthier and flourishing future.
