Change Management in Corporate Sector in Pakistan

Abstract

Rapid spread of information and technology has made the change mandatory. This paper focuses the importance of globalization in change management and evaluates changes management in the perspective of both Lewis’s theory and contingency theory in the corporate sector. For this purpose a primary survey was conducted randomly on 100 executives of 10 companies to measure variance on the Likert scale. It is inferred that when changes happen there is a need to build the guiding team to remove obstacle and reinforce the value.
