Development of a Perception Based on Artificial Neural Network

Abstract

This paper presents a perception which is an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and also discusses the algorithm and basic learning rule for designing ANN which is based on Original Neural Network Architecture (ONNA) by using C++ for demonstration how to train a perception model.
