Abstract

The River Indus is key resource of fisheries potential and diversity as it covers the whole length of Pakistan. Present study deals with Ichthyodiversity of River Indus and reports 52 fish species belonging to 35 genera, 12 sub families, 16 families and 8 orders. Among these two species were exotic of teleostean fishes from Jamshoro district, Sindh
