The Faculty of Education, the University of Sindh since its inception has been working for enhancing the quality of teacher education and research in diversified domains. One of the prime goals of the Faculty of Education has been to develop and promote research culture in the field of education. For achieving this goal, it had launched the Sindh University Journal of Education in 1955, First in Pakistan, The journal provides an academic and scholarly platform to the researchers and educators to come forward and contribute their valuable piece of research work. SUJE publishes original, conceptual, and research-based articles related to all major areas of education in general and teacher education in particular in the Pakistan context.
The journal provides insightful explorations and innovations in education-related principles and practices. The Journal, however, prefers to publish articles whose primary purpose is to report the methods and results of an empirical study. The key audiences of the journal are teacher educators, policymakers, researchers, curriculum planners, and managers at large.
The present issue of the journal is the 46th since its launch. The journal abides by the set rules and regulations of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad.
