An Overview of Education and Training Model of Japan

Abstract

Japanese education and training from establishment to maintenance is responsibility of local Government Board. The Education and training system of Japan is based upon the personality development with reference to body and mind of the living souls, who are experiencing rapid growth in science technology and economic development with social changes. This paper is broadly covering the education system, curriculum development, teachers’ education and examinations and financing including issues and remedies.
