In the light of today’s essentiality for exploring new knowledge, the scientific research and innovations have taken the forthcoming role for academia and amongst the academicians. The role of this high-quality journal is to ensure publications and dissemination of the upcoming scientific research and emerging ideas to cater research needs and ideas towards a way forward for future in the field of Biochemistry, Nutrition and Food Science. These fields have grown and proven a life line for human needs that significantly puts an impact on the 21st century way of living and understanding the need of sustainable development through the power of research and knowledge. The Sindh University Journal of Biochemistry, Nutrition and Food Science has been established to bridge the gap between researchers and dissemination of their research findings amongst the academia. The journal objective is a server as a key resource in disseminating latest trends and proven knowledge in the fields of Biochemistry, Nutrition and Food Science it is an open access, double blind peer reviewed research journal, published quarterly by the office of Dean faculty of natural sciences and the institute of biochemistry, with an aim to focus on producing high quality research publications.
